Buying a home can be an exciting and emotional process, but it's the start of a great year to buy a home.  My website makes it convenient for you to preview residential properties and narrow your search before contacting me.  Of course, when you are ready, I am always available to schedule property tours and to discuss your real estate goals.  For your convenience, I also provide listings by email.

As Your Realtor, I Will:

  • Provide timely and accurate information.
  • Promptly respond to any emails or phone calls (within 2 hours).
  • Explain in great detail the home buying process to ensure you are comfortable with every step. 
  • Assure that you see all the properties in the area that meet your criteria.
  • Guide you through the entire home buying process, from locating and viewing properties, to getting financing, proper inspections, and being present at closing with you to ensure everything goes smoothly.
  • Upon finding a home, I will provide a professional CMA (comparative market analysis) and advise you on what price to offer.
  • Explain all documents required for the purchase, write the offer to purchase and negotiate the purchase agreement to ensure you get the best deal. 

Before You Start Looking For Your New Home:

  • Check your credit rating. Straighten out any errors before its too late.
  • Determine a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment.
  • Find a loan program that meets your needs and get pre-qualified (preferably pre-approved).
  • Determine what location/area best matches your needs.
  • Identify important features you need your new home to have to include amenities and location.

Closing Costs to Expect:

  • Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
  • Third-party fees include charges for insurance, title search, and other inspections such as termites.
  • Government fees include deed recording and state & local mortgage taxes.
  • Escrow and interest fees include homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
  • On average closing costs are roughly 3% of the purchase price.
